About

STEM Club focuses on allowing students the opportunity to engage in hands on learning through Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. Some of our STEM Clubs turn into STEAM. This allows there to be a more artistic component.

The benefits to STEM/STEAM Club:

STEM/STEAM Clubs allow students to opportunity to enhance their soft skills that they do not necessarily receive in a typical classroom. These skills encompass: communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, creativity, and data-analysis.

Each child is able to engage in hands-on learning that further develops and deepens their understanding about the world around them. They do work in group settings that requires them to express their ideas to the group, listen to other ideas from group members, and come to a group consensus on how to complete their project.

STEM/STEAM Club allows students the availability to be creative, innovative, promotes equality in education, it is a confidence booster, and it shapes a better world.

Testimonial

I love STEM Club. I get to do activities that I don't usually get to do in the classroom. We get in groups and build, learn, and create. It is soooooo much fun!
